This program will consist of;

Fitness, Self defense, Character Development, which will help them for life.

Karate is not just for fighting,

but a tool that can help your child build their Self - Confidence,  Self -Esteem, Self - Discipline, Courtesy and Respect. Karate training can be a outlet for a child's energy, give them something to do, and also learn something while having fun.

Karate training can build their Coordination, Balance, Endurance, Flexibility, Strength, and being honest with training. We believe the child needs to learn old fashion values, and work for something, which will help them in the real world.

Kids are the future, we cannot ignore them and let things slide because of divorce, too busy or whatever, the kids must come first.

This program has a rank structure, to help build up the child so they can retain what they learn, but they must practice to the best of their ability to receive the full benefits of Karate.

We teach kids with other kids only, not with adults.

But remember, I am only a supplement for the kids, to help back up parents and teachers, to do what  I can, by keeping a balance and working together.
